Use of this website

You may browse and share this site for lawful purposes. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service, attempt to breach security, or copy substantial portions of the content for commercial reuse without written permission.

Quotes, scope, and payment

Prices shown or discussed on this site are indicative. A binding quote is issued only in a written proposal with a defined scope.

Unless a proposal states otherwise, projects are billed against milestones and invoices are due within 14 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Pre-existing frameworks, internal tooling, and third-party or open-source components remain with their respective owners and are licensed to you for use in the delivered work.

Site content, branding, and case studies remain the property of Ralogix and their respective clients.

Client responsibilities

Timely feedback, content, access, and approvals are required to hold a schedule. Delays in these areas shift delivery dates accordingly.

Warranties and liability

We correct defects in delivered work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, the site and services are provided without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or search-ranking outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Any dispute is handled under the law named in your signed proposal, or otherwise the law of India.
